Mission of Mercy new child

We received sad news about our little boy Alex in Honduras. His parents pulled him out of the child development center program. So now we have another little boy named Manthan who will be 4 in March. He lives in India with his parents and 3 brothers.

Sweet little Ella almost a year old. She has the prettiest blue eyes.  She is now sitting up by herself. She is wearing  6 and 9 month clothes and weighs around 14.2 lbs.

Update on Ella

So many people are praying for Ella and have been asking me lately why I haven't been notifying them of her well being. My answer is "No news is good news". He has answered our prayers and Ella has not had any more setbacks. She continues to grow, at last visiting nurse weigh in she was 8 1/2 # and 20". She is a regular new born now, (thank You Lord) even though she is 6 months old. Gestationally she is 7 weeks old. She visited the ENT specialist who recommends inserting ear tubes (of course) for her moderate hearing loss. Look at this picture I just took yesterday. Doesn't she look happy?

Ella Ray's journey from birth to home

I made this as a power point slide show and took it to church so my church family could view it on Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. A friend's husband converted it to YouTube for me and some of the details were lost in the transition but it is still a powerful testimony of the miracle of life.

ELLA is Home!!!

Even though it was just about the coldest day of the year (school was cancelled for 15 below), it didn't stop Ella from coming home on Friday. Praise God! Doesn't she look happy to be home (even with that tube in her nose)?

Tired of posing!

Danielle doesn't look very happy but she was having a posing attitude. She wanted to show off her Arielle Christmas musical box. We just got back from getting our picture taken for the church pictorial and she had on the prettiest velvet green dress. She graduated to beginners in Sunday school and likes being around other kids. She has become more outgoing at Cubbies and doesn't cling to me like she did the 1st year. She is so sweet and polite and when she says her prayers it melts my heart.
